At T2 Nails in Naperville, we are dedicated to providing every client with a relaxing, professional, and high-quality salon experience. Our appointment and cancellation policy ensures fairness, smooth scheduling, and respect for everyone’s time.
Booking Appointments
We are proudly appointment-based. Walk-ins are welcome only if there are last-minute cancellations or openings.
Book your appointment online through our secure booking system or by phone.
A valid credit card on file is required to secure all bookings.
The Importance of Showing Up on Time
Arriving on time ensures you receive your full service and allows our nail technicians to work at their best without rushing. Even being a few minutes late can cause delays for the next client and disrupt our schedule.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand life happens — but late changes affect our ability to serve all clients fairly.
We require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before your appointment) will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).
No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
If we are unable to charge the card on file for a late cancellation or no-show, you will lose the ability to book appointments and will be placed on a walk-in only basis going forward.
This policy allows us to fill your spot with another client and ensures our technicians’ time is respected.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
Respect & Behavior Policy
We are committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff.
Rude, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated toward our team or other guests.
Clients who repeatedly engage in inappropriate behavior may be refused service and removed from our client list.
Cell Phone Courtesy
Please limit cell phone use during hand services. It makes it difficult for our nail technicians to work safely and efficiently.
Children & Extra Guests
For safety reasons and to maintain a calm atmosphere, only clients receiving services may be in the service area.
Children are welcome only if they have a scheduled appointment and are supervised by an adult at all times.
